Advertising to young people in times of contact restrictions, how is that supposed to work? In a pilot project, the VDMA offers the appropriate virtual training. In two days we develop your technical trainees into communicative, self-confident trainee mentors and work with them on concepts for virtual advertising for young people, suitable for your company.Register your trainees (maximum of 2) now!

Core contents of the training

• Communication and presentation training
• Trainee mentors: Advertising ambassadors for the company and the training profession
• Development of your own project idea, tailored to the junior staff work in your company, but with the focus online
• Responsible self-presentation on the Internet

Soft skills such as presentation and rhetoric are still part of the content of the trainee mentor training. This year, however, the emphasis is on advertising for young people on the Internet. How can my training company reach and interest young people on the Internet?

Short advertising messages and company visits are filmed with the trainees' own mobile phones and discussed in a constructive manner. Responsible handling in the Internet in particular in the social media as advertising ambassadors of the own enterprise stands also on the training plan

The two-day online seminar is structured in such a way that in the morning there are rather theory-heavy inputs and in the afternoon there are self-learning phases with clearly defined tasks
